Searching our Site
If you know the title of the product you are searching for, just enter it in the search box on the upper right hand side of your screen. This search box is a general search—matching title, author, keywords, product description and other data. For example, if you'd like to find books on acting techniques, type acting techniques in the search box and click on Go or hit your Enter key. Results for your search will appear on the screen.
As this is a general search, you'll note that several products are returned in your results. To help you distinguish between these products, we've included the product type in parentheses after the subtitle (e.g. (Paper)). For this search you may have videos, audio cassettes, and paper or cloth bound books.
When you find the title in which you are interested, click on the title to be brought to a page describing the item. If you are interested in purchasing the item, click on the Order button to place the item in your shopping cart. You can remove any items from your shopping cart that you decide not to buy before you checkout.

Shipping Methods
Your book, video, and multimedia order can be shipped via Airborne (Ground, Second-Day, or Overnight service). Please choose Priority Mail for outside the contiguous United States. Please allow 3 business days for second-day delivery and 2 business days for overnight delivery of in stock merchandise. Backorders will ship as the item becomes available. Airborne Ground orders for in stock merchandise generally ship within a business day of the order date.
Before completing your order you can calculate the shipping and tax rates. Refer to the  shipping and tax section at the bottom of your shopping cart page.
If you wish to change your shipping method you may do so before completing your online order. Either click on the the shopping cart at the top right of the page to go through the checkout process again using a different shipping method, or use your back button on your web browser to return to the shipping screen, change your shipping method, then click continue at the bottom of the screen to continue checking out.

Sales Tax & Shipping Rates
We currently collect sales tax for orders shipping to Illinois, Colorado, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Maryland, New Jersey, Missouri, and Massachusetts. Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Missouri residents will be charged the appropriate sales tax on the subtotal. South Dakota, Colorado, Connecticut and Pennsylvania residents will be charged sales tax on the subtotal plus shipping charges.
Please give a street address when ordering. Airborne will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Institutions attaching purchase orders will be billed full shipping fare with a minimum of $8.00. We ship via Airborne unless instructed otherwise. Orders going outside the continental USA will be shipped via first class mail and billed for this service, unless otherwise specified. Books should be received within 8-10 business days from the receipt of your order. If you must have a book sent by express, please call for details. Though we do our best to estimate these charges for backordered items, they are subject to change—especially on those items not yet published.

Returns
Returns must be accompanied by invoice and will be accepted only within the first twelve months of purchase. All returned products must be in print, unused, and in saleable condition.

Video purchases are nonreturnable. CD-ROM and DVD products must be unopened to be accepted for return. Claims regarding shortages, or damaged or defective materials must be made within 14 days of receipt. Non receipt of an order must be reported within 120 days of the invoice date. Accepted returns will be credited to your account. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be granted only if no account balance is due.

Cancelling an Order
If you'd like to cancel an online order you've recently placed, you may contact our customer service department at 800.225.5800 between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm ET. As online orders are often shipped the day they are placed, we may be unable to cancel your order. Your customer service representative will be able to advise you of any available options.
